Douglas Sherman, MD
A graduate of Duke University, both College & Medical School, Dr. Sherman has practiced in Tallahassee since completing his Family Practice residency here in l981. While a staff physician at TMH Emergency Department he and two partners founded and operated the Physician Care Walk-in Centers in Tallahassee. The family medicine and urgent care practice provided a perfect foundation on which to expand his skills in dermatology and skin surgery, his special interest. Dr Sherman founded the The Sherman Walk-in Center and Skin Clinic in l994 when he entered solo practice at his current location on North Monroe.
Denise Redd, ARNP
Denise Redd, a 30-year resident of Tallahassee, has a master's degree in nursing from FSU and is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with board certification in Family Practice. She has been practicing at the Sherman Walk-in Center and Skin Clinic for over 13 years treating a wide range of medical problems including primary and urgent care, women’s health and specializing in skin disorders.
